Returns & Refund

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships or enters production. All canceled orders receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders that have already been sent out.

Returns

Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we inspect your returned items, we will email you about your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or card company first. If needed, contact us at question@casaofdelight.com. Email us to get the return address.
