SHIPPING INFORMATION
We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders will be handled within 3–5 business days of being placed, and they will be shipped the day after processing is completed.
Shipping takes 10 to 15 days, so we kindly ask for your patience while we update your logistics information.
Many of our products are handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we require 1 to 2 weeks to produce these handmade items, which may extend the overall delivery time.

Your local customs authority may require additional documents and processing time to clear your package, which may prolong the estimated delivery period.
Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. In most areas, deliveries are handled by the local postal service, so your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a notice card with instructions on how to collect your order.
